DropBox for Evaluation Process Using the information you have learned about in Chapter 7 of your textbook, please do the following: Create a flow chart to illustrate the five (5) steps of the evaluation cycle.  You will also include a narrative portion to explain how each step works together to create a planning process and help guide leaders in becoming better in their practice. Your narrative should be no more than two (1) page in length, grammatically correct, and follow APA formatting. APA requires the following: Approved WCU Cover Page The flow chart should have a title and used as a citation (in the narrative portion of the explanation) You must have citations for the narrative portion of this assignment. Double spacing Reference Page should be on a separate page References should be double spaced with a hanging indent.   Format: You should have the following: a title page, brief introduction paragraph, followed by the graphic (flow chart), (No more than one page) the narrative portion of the assignment (No more than one page.) the reference page. Please note the graphic or flow chart’s proper format and APA citation: Figures include all graphical displays of information that are not a table.  Common types include graphs, drawings, maps, plots, and photos.  Just like a table, figures should supplement the text and should be both understandable on their own and referenced fully in the text (the narrative portion of this assignment). PARTS OF A FIGURE: NUMBERS: All figures that are part of the main text require a number using Arabic numerals (Figure 1, Figure 2, etc.). Numbers are assigned based on the order in which figures appear in the text and are bolded and left-aligned. (Your flow chart will be Figure 1)  TITLE: Under the number, write the title of the figure in italicized title case. The title should be brief, clear, and explanatory, and both the title and number should be double-spaced.  IMAGE: The image of the figure is the body, and it is positioned underneath the number and title.  Please see the rubric Appendix H.
