Drug testing, many argue, invades an individual’s right to privacy.  But employers contend that drugs cost their businesses, and therefore consumers, a great deal of money.  How can the rights of the individual be balanced against the rights of the employer?  Should regulations regarding testing be determined by the type of job – for example, airline pilot, sales clerk, nurse, carpenter?  If so, which jobs would you include?
