Note, although each of you are working as part of a Learning Team, for this Strategic Plan Formulation assignment, you will need to submit each of the four Sections, as an individual assignment.

The Executive Team at your chosen organization has expressed a desire to grow rapidly, and as a result, they wish to consider alternative strategies.

Perform an Internal and External environmental scanning on your chosen organization.

Write a paper communicating the organization’s internal and external environments. Make sure you address factors that affect all levels of the organization, i.e., operational, tactical, strategic, globally, etc.

(Provide a comprehensive analysis and succinct rationale as to why the four to five business pressures were chosen; and explain how your recommendation will create value for the organization and how it would help the organization sustained competitive advantage.)
