For this project assignment, you will develop a business report that covers some real estate investment options for John and Becky Warbucks. The couple just inherited $200,000. They are looking to invest a portion of the money in some type of real estate investment. They already own a home that is worth $250,000 with a mortgage balance of $175,000. The report should give the Warbucks enough information to make a decision based on the information that you provided on real estate investments. Your report should include:

• Descriptions and examples of different types of real estate investments.
• Advantages and disadvantages of each type of real estate investment.
• A discussion of how John and Becky can use real estate to generate income.
• Given their current situation in the real estate investment (i.e., home ownership), what you would recommend they do with the portfolio and explain why.

Be sure to write with audience-specific language and professional tone. It should be written for clients who are unfamiliar with real estate rather than for an investment or real estate professional.
